Tubi comes up constantly in lists of free streaming services, and in the United States it genuinely is one of the best. In India it does not work. The app may still appear in the store, but the catalogue is not licensed for India, so it will not play. This is a licensing restriction rather than a fault at your end, and no amount of reinstalling fixes it. Since you are here for something to watch rather than a lecture, the useful part is the alternatives.
